Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are not included in our shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. Tenshi Matcha is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@tenshimatcha.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve any issues.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. Tenshi Matcha is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In the event of an incorrect address, we will do our best to assist with redirection, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, we may offer to resend the package, but additional shipping costs will apply. Refunds for undeliverable packages may be issued minus shipping and handling fees, at our discretion.
